Avid Systems is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to support and enhance virtual environments and infrastructure. This role involves reviewing, documenting, analyzing, and developing existing systems while designing and implementing future cloud functionality aligned with evolving statutory and programmatic requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, document, and analyze existing infrastructure and virtual environments.
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure aligned with organizational goals and evolving requirements.
- Organize, direct, and manage complex, multi-tasked contract support functions.
- Maintain senior-level client interactions, formulate task plans, and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
- Research and evaluate innovative technology solutions and implementation strategies.
- Solve complex business and technical problems independently, creating innovative and effective solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Over 16 years of experience in consulting leadership roles, providing full lifecycle services in enterprise environments.
- 16+ years of experience managing and coordinating all phases of the project lifecycle.
- Expert-level experience in datacenter, cloud, and server design and development.
- 10+ years of experience researching and evaluating technology solutions and implementation strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including business-level English proficiency.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or 20 years of equivalent experience.
