Avid Systems is seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer to drive the development and implementation of enterprise-level solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role will involve designing, customizing, and optimizing applications while ensuring seamless integration with existing business processes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and integration strategies.
- Build and optimize Canvas and Model-driven apps for business applications.
- Develop custom connectors, APIs, and automation workflows using Power Automate and Azure services.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices in application development.
- Oversee testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization of applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and knowledge-sharing.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Extensive experience with Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Hands-on experience developing custom workflows, connectors, and APIs.
- Experience integrating Power Platform with Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead development teams.
- Experience in full-cycle application development, including design, implementation, and deployment.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and modern development methodologies.
- Industry certifications in Power Platform or related Microsoft technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud security best practices.
