We are looking for a Project Manager specializing in delivering transformative Business Application Development (BizApps) solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. We are seeking an experienced BizApps Project Manager to lead projects utilizing the Microsoft Service Delivery Framework (MSDF).
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership - Manage end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects, adhering to the Microsoft Service Delivery Framework (MSDF) to ensure excellence in delivery.
- Client Engagement - Act as the primary liaison with clients, managing relationships, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Delivery Excellence - Develop and execute project plans in alignment with MSDF standards, focusing on quality, scalability, and timely delivery.
- Team Coordination - Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and consultants, ensuring cohesive collaboration and execution.
- Risk and Issue Management - Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Performance Monitoring - Use KPIs and metrics to track project performance and report progress to stakeholders.
- Documentation - Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation as per MSDF guidelines.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years as a Project Manager, specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects.
- Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft Service Delivery Framework (MSDF) or similar structured delivery frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with solution accelerators, customizations, and Microsoft ecosystem integration.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering value.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar).
Certifications (Preferred):
- PMP, or Agile certification.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.
