Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team, focused on selling Microsoft Business Application solutions, specifically Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience in technology sales, especially in CRM and ERP solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, supporting the sales process, and working closely with senior sales staff to drive revenue growth in the business applications space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation – Identify and qualify potential clients who would benefit from Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP and Case Management solutions. Conduct research to build a pipeline of prospects within target industries.
- Sales Support – Assist senior sales representatives with the end-to-end sales process, including proposal creation, presentations, and follow-up activities.
- Solution Demonstrations – Work with technical teams to schedule and support demonstrations of Microsoft Business Applications for prospective clients, ensuring the solutions align with their needs.
- Client Relationship Building – Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their business challenges and offering insights on how Microsoft Business Applications can address their needs.
- Market & Product Knowledge – Develop a working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, ERP, Case Management and Power Platform solutions. Stay updated on Microsoft product developments and industry trends to better support the sales team and clients.
- Collaborative Engagement – Work closely with senior sales, technical consultants, and marketing teams to develop strategies for effective client engagement and successful solution positioning.
- Reporting & Documentation – Track and report on sales activities, progress on leads, and potential opportunities in CRM software. Regularly update and maintain sales records and CRM data to support forecasting and performance analysis.
Qualifications
- Experience – 1-3 years of experience in technology sales, with a focus on CRM and ERP solutions (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred).
- Sales Skills – Basic understanding of the sales cycle, with experience in lead generation, initial client contact, and solution presentations. Familiarity with consultative selling approaches is a plus.
- Client Focus – Ability to understand business challenges and effectively communicate how CRM and ERP solutions can create value for clients.
- Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with prospective clients.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to understand client requirements, ask insightful questions, and work collaboratively to propose solutions that meet their business needs.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
